- A mí me sobraba arroz así que esta vez no tuve que cocinarlo, pero el primer paso sería preparar lo equivalente a una ración por persona algo más pequeña de lo normal, pues se va a combinar con muchos ingredientes.
- Trocear el filete de salmón en tiras y luego cubos de algo menos de 1 cm. Mezclar el salmón con salsa Teriyaki y meter en la nevera hasta el final. 
- Echar el arroz en un bol o donde se vaya a servir, una vez se haya enfriado. 
- Cortar el aguacate en láminas, los palitos de cangrejo, sacar las algas wakame del envase y el apio (en mi caso ya viene cortado) y colocar encima del arroz.
- Sacar el salmón de la nevera y colocar con el resto de ingredientes. Echar una de las salsas en vertical (sweet chili) y otra en horizontal (spicy mayo). De no tener spicy mayo la mayonesa normal también funciona muy bien. 
- El último paso es echar los ingredientes crujientes, en mi caso cebolla frita.
 Otros ingredientes: mango, rabanitos, edamame, jengibre, cebolla, zanahoria, pepino, cacahuetes, maíz, piña, queso fresco, sésamo,... incluso opciones vegetarianas con tofu o heura en vez de salmón, o pavo para el que no le guste el salmón.
