  3. En ese mismo aceite incorporamos los lomos de bacalao y cocinamos por 3 minutos por ambas caras apagamos el fuego y dejamos atemperar un poco, retiramos los lomos y pasamos todo el aceite al vaso batidora
  4. Cortamos los pimientos en tiras y las cebollas moradas en Juliana pochar en una sartén con un poco de aceite sazonamos, una vez que esté bien pochado añadimos la carne del pimiento choricero y lo integramos reservamos
  5. Metemos la batidora en el aceite que hemos reservado de hacer el bacalao damos unos toques para emulsionar, volvemos a poner los filetes en la perola y añadimos la mezcla que hemos triturado dejamos unos segundos al fuego si quedará muy espeso podemos añadir un poquito de agua, servimos poniendo encima la verdura pochada y unos dientes de ajo
