  3. 2 latas atún
  4. Aceite de oliva y sal
  5. Queso rallado

  1. Cortamos las berenjenas por la mitad, las colocamos en la bandeja con papel de horno previamente puesto.
  2. Rallamos la pulpa de las berenjenas con un cuchillo y le agregamos una pizca de sal (para quitar el amargor) y un chorrito de aceite.
  3. Metemos las berenjenas en el horno a 200° durante 25 - 40 minutos.
  4. Mientras se están haciendo las berenjenas, en una sartén echamos un chorrito de aceite y el pisto.
  5. A fuego medio calentamos el pisto, una vez caliente echamos el atún con la ayuda de un tenedor y lo agregamos al pisto.
  6. Una vez hecho, dejamos reposar.
  7. Una vez terminado el tiempo de cocción de las berenjenas, sacamos la bandeja del horno.
  8. Con la ayuda de un tenedor y una cuchara retiramos la pulpa y la agregamos al pisto con el atún.
    Una vez hecho esto vamos rellenando las berenjenas.
  9. Cuando estén todas listas le ponemos queso para gratinar y yo le puse un poquito de bacon también.
  10. Por último, las metemos en el horno durante 5 minutos y a disfrutar!!! 😋
