Incorporamos la piel del limón y de la naranja a la leche junto con una ramita de canela y el arroz.   2. Vamos calentando a fuego medio y removiendo de vez en cuando hasta conseguir una textura cremosa.
  3. Después incorporamos el azúcar y removemos para que se integre bien. Dejaremos otros 5 minutos a fuego medio y removeremos de vez en cuando para que no se nos pegue el azúcar en el fondo de la cazuela.
  4. Pasados los 5 minutos, retiramos las cáscaras de limón, de naranja y la canela.
  5. Ahora apagamos el fuego y añadimos unos 10 gramos de mantequilla, removemos y dejamos que se derrita con el calor residual.
  6. Ahora ponemos el arroz con leche en unos recipientes y espolvoreamos un poco de canela por encima.
