  1. Lo primero que haremos será hacer la masa de las creps, pues hay que dejarla reposar una media hora tapada con un papel de film en la nevera.
  2. Así que batiremos todos los ingredientes hasta obtener una masa homogénea e introduciremos en la nevera cómo os he dicho.
  3. Mientras iremos haciendo nuestro relleno. Yo he escogido, de espinaca y carne de pollo, pero podéis rellenarlo de lo que más os guste. Sólo coger la idea que os propongo
  4. Herviremos las espinacas y dejaremos escurrir. Por otro lado en una sartén pondremos el ajo cortado a brunoise igual que la cebolla y la freiremos hasta que coja color. Seguidamente añadiremos la carne, que previamente habremos salpimentado. Dejaremos hacer añadiremos las cucharadas de tomate
  5. Mientras se va haciendo ese sofrito, escurrirenos las espinacas apretándola con las manos. Y después de quitarle toda el agua las cortaremos también en brunoise, y las añadiremos por último al sofrito. Dejaremos que coja gusto y rectificaremos de sal y pimienta
  6. Ya tenemos todos los pasos, solo falta hacer las creps.
  7. En una sartén la untaremos con un poquito de aceite y la limpiaremos con un papel. Añadiremos nuestra masa con un cazo y haremos que cubra el culo de la sartén.Iremos poniendo aceite a medida que lo necesite, pero siempre limpiando lo con el papel de cocina.
  8. Cuando la masa empiece hacer bombitas daremos la vuelta. Ese será el proceso para hacer todas la creps. Las iremos reservando.
  9. Luego pasaremos a rellenar, y acabaremos con la salsa de tomate por encima y los diferentes quesos
  10. Por último, calentaremos y gratinaremos en el horno. Primero a 180° arriba y abajo y por último gratinaremos a 250°.
