- Pasadas las 3 horas, precalentamos el horno a 180°, y mientras tanto, cogemos la lata vacía y metemos la bolsa dentro, vamos metiendo la carne dentro de la bolsa apretando para que quede comprimida 
- Cogemos un recipiente apto para horno y lo llenamos de agua, cubriendo la mitad de la lata para hacerlo al baño maría, introducimos en el horno 30 minutos. 
- Una vez sacado del horno, esperamos a que enfríe un poco para poder sacar la carne de la bolsa 
- Una vez lo tenemos fuera, volvemos a introducir la carne en el horno a 200° y lo vamos girando para que se vaya dorando y listos! Ya tenemos la carne 
- Para la salsa yogurt, cogemos el yogurt desnatado, medio jugo de limón, la sal, pimienta, medio diente de ajo y 3 gotas de edulcorante, lo mezclamos bien y listos! 
- Para la salsa de tomate picante, cogemos 100g de tomate triturado, pimienta negra, comino molido, orégano, sal, cayena y 3 gotas de edulcorante, lo mezclamos todo y ta tenemos la salsa picante! 
- Cogemos el pan de pita y lo rellenamos al gusto, yo le puse, cebolla tierna, rodajas de tomate, 1 medallón de queso de cabra y maíz 
- Lo pincelé con un poco de yema y lo metí al gratinador 3 minutos y listos! Que aproveche!!!
