  2. Seguidamente picamos toda la verdura, y la ponemos también en el bol mezclándola, junto con el pan y la sal gorda (al gusto).
  3. Por último, solo nos queda cubrirlo de agua, removerlo, y probar, para ver si le hace falta más sal, más vinagre.... y lo pasamos con la batidora.
  4. En mi casa, nunca se tomaba triturado, nos encantaba encontrarnos la verdura, es decir, en vez de bebido masticado, además del pan, que le hemos tenido en remojo el día anterior. Pero para llevarlo a la piscina, para media tarde o incluso para comer, entra divino en verano, y aunque no es salmorejo, un poquito de jamón, nunca le dirá que no.
