- Al picadillo de melocotón con pimiento añadiremos la mezcla anterior y trituraremos todo junto hasta que esté todo bien triturado. Pasar el gazpacho por un colador   
- Sazonar con sal, echar el resto de aceite y rectificar de vinagre si es necesario. Si se quiere más líquido, añadir más agua. Yo le heché agua fría de la nevera. Meter el gazpacho en la nevera que enfríe bien  
- Tostar una rebanada de pan bimbo y cortarla a cuadraditos, cortar unos trozos de pimiento y otros de melocotón
- Servir con los picatostes y los trozos de melocotón y pimiento
