  1. Hacer creps según tu receta preferida.
    Yo utilizo esta (salen 6 creps):
    Batir: 2 huevos, 4 cuch. harina, pizca de sal, 1 cuch mantequilla, 1 vaso de leche. Ponemos un poquito de mantequilla en la sartén y echamos la masa líquida formando un gran círculo. Esperamos un par de minutos y damos la vuelta.
    Dorar por los dos lados.

    Reservar.
  2. Cocer en el microondas 7-8 minutos el pescado. Una vez cocido desmigar (quitar espinas) y reservar.
  3. Sofreír un poquito el ajo, la cebolla, y los gambones (todo a trozos) con una pizca de sal y pimienta negra. Cuando esté, añadir el pescado cocido y dar unas vueltas. Reservar.
  4. Preparar bastante bechamel. Yo le pongo cebolla picada sofrita, pimienta negra, nuez moscada, pizca de sal y 1/2 pastilla caldo concentrado de pescado (tipo starlux/avecrem).
    Una parte de esta bechamel la reservamos para cubrir los creps después.
  5. Incorporar a la bechamel el sofrito que habíamos reservado, (pescado, y gambones). Dejar cocer unos minutos para que espese.
  6. Dejar enfriar un poco y después vamos poniendo 3-4 cuch. (grandes) del relleno que hemos hecho a cada crep.
    Los enrollamos como en la foto.
  7. Cuando estén los creps rellenos, se cubren con la bechamel que habíamos reservado y terminamos añadiendo queso rallado.
  8. Gratinamos en el horno durante 10 minutos y listo.
  9. Están buenísimos!!!
