  5. Una vez obtenida, separamos en dos partes iguales.
  6. Engrasamos el molde a utilizar, recomiendo uno de silicona por su facilidad al desmoldar y por ahorrar este paso
  7. Vertemos una de las partes separadas del bizcocho.
  8. A la otra parte le añadimos el cacao desgrasado, los 30 ml de leche y la cucharadita de stevia.
  9. Una vez bien mezclado, vertemos en el molde donde ya tenemos la otra mitad del bizcocho, y con cuidado con un tenedor hacemos un dibujo que integre los dos colores obtenidos.
  10. Y con el horno precalentado a 180 °C unos 10 minutos aprox. introducimos el molde con la masa dentro.
  11. Horneamos 50 minutos aproximadamente. Intentar no exceder este tiempo.
  12. El resultado es muy gratificante =)
