  8. 6 laminas gelatina neutra
  9. Mermelada de arándanos sin azúcar añadido

  1. Introducimos la harina de avena y las 2 claras de huevo en un recipiente, lo batimos, mientras tanto dejamos precalentando el horno a 180°
  2. Una vez tenemos la masa batida, la metemos en un molde, de manera que quede homogénea
  3. Una vez está la masa de la base en el molde, lo introducimos en el horno a 180° 15min.
  4. Ahora empezamos con el relleno, primero dejamos las 6 láminas de gelatina en un bol con agua templada, para que se hidraten
  5. Ponemos una olla a fuego medio y vertemos la leche, El queso batido y vamos removiendo.. Después añadimos el queso de untar bajo en calorías, removiendo hasta que todo se derrita, retiramos del fuego antes de que hierva y ponemos las gelatinas dentro de la olla y seguimos removiendo
  6. Una vez tenemos el relleno, lo vertemos en el molde y lo dejamos enfriar
  7. Una vez a enfriado, lo metemos en la nevera 3 horas
  8. Una vez pasadas las 3 horas, añadimos la mermelada de arándanos... Y ya tenemos listo nuestra tarta de queso, con muy buenos nutritientes y baja en calorías!!
