- 1 cebolla de Figueres mediana
- 1 diente ajo

- 1 pizca nuez miscada
- 1 pizca cúrcuma
- 1 pizca pimienta blanca
- Picatostes al ajo y finas hierbas
- Perejil fresco para la decoración
- Sal gruesa de roca

- Limpiar y picar la cebolla, el ajo y el puerro cortar en rodajas. Pelar la patata y cortar en dados como la calabaza.  
- Pochar la cebolla, el ajo y el puerro en el aceite bien caliente y espolvorea una pizca de sal. Cuando las hortalizas toma color amarillo, agregar la calabaza con la patata. Remover unos 5 minutos. Cubrir con agua y dejar cocinar 20 minutos.   
- Pasado este tiempo, apartar del fuego y dejar templar 5 minutos. Triturar con un brazo batidor hasta obtener una crema fina. Aderezar con la nuez moscada, la pimienta blanca y la cúrcuma. Añadir la leche condensada y volver a triturar. Rectificar de sal y volver a triturar un poco más. Repartir la crema en dos boles y acompañar con los crutones de pan al ajo y hierbas aromáticas. Decorar con hojas de perejil fresco. Buen provecho!
