Salsa: en un cuenco ponemos la carne del tercer aguacate y la trituramos bien con el tenedor, añadimos una cucharada de alioli,, unas gotas de vinagre de moderna, 3/4 de yogurt griego, dos cucharadas de aceite, batimos todo bien hasta mezclar todos los ingredientes, si quieres puedes colar la salsa para que quede más suave, pero no es necesario, si te parece un poco espesa puedes poner un poquito de leche. Estas cantidades las puedes cambiar si ati te gusta más fuerte
  3. Mezclamos la salsa con la ensalada y llenamos las cáscaras de los aguacates, por último desmenuzas las yemas y espolvorea por encima. Y ya tenemos lista para comer
