- En un cazo poner la nata y la mantequilla a fuego muy suave. Cuando la mantequilla se derrita, añadir el vino, la sal, la pimienta, la nuez moscada al gusto (siempre con las especias ir con cuidado e ir probando) y la 2 cucharadas de maizena. Ir removiendo sin parar durante unos cinco minutos.  
- Cubrir con la salsa el salmón repartiéndolo por la bandeja. 
- Cubrir los lomos de salmón con el queso para gratinar y al horno.
- Mi horno necesitó 40 minutos, yo lo que iba haciendo era pinchar las patatas para ir guiándome. En los últimos 10 minutos coloqué los tomatitos cherry.
- Y volià!
