- Subimos el fuego al máximo y agregamos el vino y la pimienta, removemos y dejamos al fuego unos minutos hasta que se evapore el alcohol. Cubrimos nuestras verduras con agua, unos tres vasos y dejamos cocinar a fuego medio unos 20 minutos o hasta que las verduras estén.  
- Una vez que tengamos las verduras hechas las trituramos y cuando tengamos la crema añadimos los quesitos y volvemos a triturar hasta que no nos queden grumos.  
- Volvemos a poner la cazuela al fuego y calentamos bien. Cuando esté a nuestro gusto de temperatura servimos. Lo podemos decorar con unos picatostes, jamón o unos dados de queso. Yo usé picatostes. Ya sólo queda sentarse y disfrutar del plato.
