- Lavamos los frijoles en agua fría y ponemos en la olla rápida con litro y medio de agua y un pimiento verde, lavado, sin pepitas y cortado por la mitad. Programamos guiso, 30 minutos, 140º, presión media.
- Picamos las cebollas, pimiento y ajos. Cubrimos la base de una sartén amplia con aceite de oliva y ponemos a pochar los vegetales cortados.

- Añadimos el vinagre, vino blanco y el aceite a los frijoles, removemos, apagamos la olla y dejamos reposar 5 minutos antes de servir.
